The Gem Testing Center (G.T.C) has been founded by Mr. Randhir Kumar who is Diploma in Gemology & also done his P.G. Diploma in Diamond Technology from Indian Diamond Institute, Surat (INDIA).

Spending his ten years in the field of gems he felt the need of a testing lab in Bihar. So finally in the last month of 2012 he launched the lab. He is also the visiting faculty of Diploma in Gemology started by B. N. College (Patna University), Patna.
